Merchandise returns and exchanges will be accepted (excluding “final sale” items and gift boxes) within 14 days of the date of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or we must be able to validate the date and the amount of purchase in our system. Customer identification may be required. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise must be in its original condition.
Merchandise purchased via PayPal must be returned via mail using the return shipping label provided. If you do not have your shipping label, please contact Customer Service.
Make A Return By Mail
If you prefer to send your return by mail, please affix the Prepaid Return Shipping Label that we provided, along with your invoice, to the box and drop off your package in the U.S. mail. There will be a $7.00 USD fee subtracted from your refund for handling fees. If you prefer to use the carrier of your choice and create your own label, we recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery.

Merchandise marked final sale is sold “as is” and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment. Merchandise prices ending in .98 indicate final sale.
At this time, orders placed via selfiegolf.com and shipped outside of the U.S. cannot be returned or exchanged in our boutiques or outlets. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 14 days of your original purchase, please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number, which is required in order to process your return. Our Customer Service will provide you with detailed instructions regarding how to return your purchase. International Shipping Taxes, Duties and Fees
SelfieGOLF USA ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid. SelfieGOLF USA does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
All applicable taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

One Year Limited Warranty.
SelfieGOLF USA warrants SelfieGOLF-branded products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (the "Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, SelfieGOLF USA will either (1) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or refurbished but is functionally equivalent to the original product. A repaired product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes the property of the original end-user purchaser and the replaced item becomes SelfieGOLF's property.
SelfieGOLF USA is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product's use. This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; (b) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by SelfieGOLF; or (c) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of SelfieGOLF.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELFIE GOLF USA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS.
