Winter golf

As much as we love to golf all year around, it can be tough during the winter. Here are some tips to playing through the cold days.

First, it's better to walk than to ride carts. Walking through the course will keep you moving which will provide warmth to your body for better blood flow.
Second, layer your clothing. Instead of a thick layered jacket, wear layers including thermal underwear.
Third, prepare hand warmers and rain gloves. Keeping your hands warm is important to your body and to your golf game.
Fourth, wear waterproof shoes. Preventing soggy socks will keep your feet warm throughout the game.
Fifth, wear the right hat. Keeping your head warm can reduce the amount of heat being lost.
Following these basic tips can create a much enjoyable golf moment on the fields!
